Describe your shipment, the IGS assistant handles the rest
Write your request the way you would tell a sales representative. The assistant picks up the route and the goods, asks the useful questions and looks up the price in the IGS FOB grids and tariff base. It never invents a price: if the rate does not exist yet in the system, our sales team sends it to you on WhatsApp or by email.
Rules-based assistant — prices come only from the IGS FOB grids and tariff base; every offer is validated by a sales representative.
