Who we are

IGS – Intelligence Global Service is an international freight and logistics company based in Morocco. It is the controller of the data described below.

Data we collect

Contact data: name, company, e-mail, phone / WhatsApp number, address.

Operational data: quote requests, goods, shipping and customs documents, invoices, shipment history.

Messages: e-mails and WhatsApp messages exchanged with us (content, date, delivery status).

Minimal technical browsing data needed to run and secure the website.

How we use it

To answer your requests, prepare quotes, organise and track your shipments and issue invoices.

To inform you about the progress of your files (quote, booking, departure, arrival, customs, delivery, invoice) by e-mail or by WhatsApp when you have agreed to receive such messages.

To meet our legal, accounting and customs obligations.

WhatsApp

We use WhatsApp Business, including Meta's WhatsApp Business API, to communicate with you. Your messages and number are then processed by Meta under its own terms.

We only send automatic notifications if you agreed to be informed via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.

Sharing

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the providers needed for your shipment (carriers, shipping lines, airlines, forwarders, customs) and our technical providers (hosting, messaging), strictly as needed.

Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for the applicable legal periods (notably accounting and customs) before deletion or anonymisation.

Security

Access is protected by authentication, connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and access keys for third-party services are stored encrypted.

Your rights and data deletion

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing.

To exercise these rights or request deletion of your data (including WhatsApp conversations), e-mail [email protected] with your name and number. We reply within a reasonable time.
